Better wording on your so-called voucher. Plus, having me fill out all that paperwork and then asking for a co-payment is tacky. You should have asked for it up front. Now that you have all my information. Also, you knee I had Medicare and Medicare only. Thats when you decided to ask for the $21. is that because you knew I couldnt afford future sessions? If I receive anything from you people in the mail, just know I will be mailing it back right to your office.
Dr. Al is so great, he listens to what my complaints are and helps fix them. The office is comfortable and warm, and Pamela is such a friendly face!
