I really liked Dr. Clark during my pregnancy. However, after I delivered my baby it seemed like no one cared. Especially the nurse’s “Kacii” and “Michelle”. Luckily they are only at the office and not the hospital but considering you go into the office A LOT during a pregnancy it matters.
The office seems to cater mostly to medicaid patients. I went to her based off of positive reviews, but I felt different leaving the office this time. I had already been waiting and then because they didn't have me give a urine sample in the beginning, I ended up waiting even longer. Then I felt my requests were ignored and they don't seem to ask for your permission to have students in the room with you. From my past experiences with Dr's they always ask 1st out of courtesy. She didn’t even tell me what she was going to do before she did it to my body. Truly heartless and her surgical technique is terrible. She seemed very detached.
I have been a patient of this OB-GYN for the past seven years. Over that time, her warm and inviting demeanor has made her a familiar and approachable provider. However, both during this pregnancy and postpartum, I experienced limitations in care due to her overloaded schedule and personal commitments.
