UPDATE 2: Service was fantastic and thorough. It gives me peace of mind to know that my system (new house buy) is in good shape. I can't say enough about how kind everyone was and going out of their way to make sure technical issues weren't the hold up. Anyone that cares this much about their work is worth your business. UPDATE: I received a call from the owner. It seems some technical issues prevented the cash from going through that they are addressing. I can appreciate that they cared enough to call and find out what was going on. ----- I've called many times and left voice mails to get service. It's as if there's no one there and they don't respond to messages. Maybe their service is good but there's no way to find out.

I had my AC failing in early August 2026, with about 104F outside. I called another AC company first and they told me they could come over in 2 weeks. I then called Latour AC and by the end of the day I had the AC back up and running. The price was fair, too. Mr Latour saved me from getting cooked in my own house!

I called them very late in the day and he was able to make it within the hour to repair my ac. Price was also very fair. Highly recommend.

Came out within an hour of calling, diagnosed the problem and made a quick repair. Had another issue later in the day caused by me and he came back out again quickly to solve the problem. Highly recommend for quick and knowledgeable service
