Came out within an hour of calling, diagnosed the problem and made a quick repair. Had another issue later in the day caused by me and he came back out again quickly to solve the problem. Highly recommend for quick and knowledgeable service

Scott was sincerely amazing. He answered my call right away, got to my house within 2 hours and diagnosed the issue. He worked on it that evening!! We had a minor hiccup with it cooling and he came out to thoroughly clean and re-diagnose. Making 3 trips total, with no complaint and promptly on time! The AC is restored and cooling better than ever. His professionalism, his integrity, and his kindness will keep him top of our list to use and top of our referral list.

I can’t speak highly enough about Latour’s A/C! We called at 8:45pm on a Saturday night and the owner was at our house 15 min later and got our AC back up and running. I would highly recommend for any AC needs!

Owner is a great guy! He fixed my AC within 30 minutes. This was a last minute call out on a Sunday and I really needed it done for work. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
