Lived here from 2018-2020, month-to-month lease, stayed in a renovated 1-bedroom apartment with just myself and my wife and commuted to work 10 minutes away. Things are different now but at the time it cost us $1000 a month for rent, $15 a month for renters insurance, a $1000 security deposit (we got this returned when we left w/ 30 Day notice).
