Joaquin the maintanence guy deserves a lot of praise. Always friendly and courtesy of tenants, and willing to help out any maintanence issues on a moment's notice. My door latch was not functioning properly causing me to be locked out of my apartment. Joaquin within 10 minutes fixed it late at night after hours. Very grateful for his expertise and willingness to help, staff like him keep tenants happy!

I have been living in Latitude 33 for almost a year, and the majority of the time things have been ok, however, I have had packages stolen, and the security that residents pay for is severely lacking. The garage door to the underground parking has been broken for months, and I have had to call the police to have homeless people removed because they're walking around in the garage or they're sleeping in front of vehicles and the elevators often smell of urine or have remints of an unhoused person being in them. Really disappointed with the lack of empathy and support from the leasing office, especially when it comes to security. I had a package marked as delivered to the lobby, but when I went to get it, it was gone. I reached out to the office just asking if they could help me figure out what happened, and I was told that the security camera was down. When I asked if that wasn’t the whole point of having security cameras to help when something happens in the building, I was told, “not for packages.” Seriously? I understand that th... read more

Giving 2 stars because at the time Lisa was the one who helped us move in and she was amazing. I lived at Latitude33 for one year and loved living here for the most part. The move out process was simple or so I thought. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt that I needed to write one to give future residents some perspective.
