Massive waste of time to tour this place. One of the most disappointing apartment touring experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm, but I wasn’t helped until almost 3pm because the person who was supposed to tour me was out on lunch. I signed up to see a 2b2b, but they had none available, only a 3 bedroom. On top of that, access to the property was a mess: the gate made it impossible to get in, and nobody came to let us through. Been at this community for four years now in two different units. With the exception of a wild situation with the dog park being closed for a while - we're quite happy. I can personally attest to the maintenance folks William and Joaquin being incredibly kind to my wife and I, and our niece, and the front desk doing their best, even when they can't force anything out of corporate.
