If I could give 0 stars I would. Unanswered calls voicemails and emails. I’m not even a month moved into the Evoq apartment property and have had to put in over 10 maintenance requests! I am now 6 days with no hot water and maintenance does not show up as scheduled and does not respond to emergency over night emergencies. I am communicating so much with the leasing office about the repeat unresolved issues that I should be on their payroll at this point. Writing after Janie S to second her review. Latitude's management of Evoq has been a complete disaster. The air conditiniong has been broke for many months in truth. It has only been working at about 70% capacity (coldness) for the entire summer. In that span i can count 3 times where the entire complex (all 750 residents) have had 0 funciontality of air conditioning for days at a time. This company manages Evoq apartment complex in Las Vegas and has failed to fix AC and hot water problems. Many residents complaining. Now the temps are in the 80-90s. Also many other issues. Cracked walkways on upper levels, structure problems, dishwasher not working.
Don't go here waste of time. Management here unprofessional. We applied to this apt. Putting down $100 in application fees and another $150 to hold the apartments everything came back fine when we applied. Then we waited for a month and not heard anything except Right before the move-(after both me and my sig other called and called) -in date (5 days before) a new person calls and says we make too much money!
