Dr. Chris was phenomenal! He did a thorough intake to make sure he understood what was going on with my body and what my pain points were and then he quickly assessed everything from head to toes to create a gameplan for how to solve the biomechanical issues he was seeeing. I was very impressed, I would highly recommend him!

Before seeing Dr. Gumbs I had been dealing with lower back pain and sciatica for about 14 years. Following high school, I suffered from lingering chronic leg pain in my left leg that just never left -- in fact it affected me for over a decade through my twenties and early thirties.... read more

Dry needling sounds scary, but it's so much more effective than massage. I've tried several places, Chris really knows what he's doing. I'll be back!
