Latitude has been so great! I have been seeing them for what I thought was a shellfish allergy. I had been to another allergist years ago and was only told that yes I am allergic to shellfish. With Latitude, I have not only challenged but passed two oral food challenges for lobster and crab! Without Latitude, I would still be avoiding these foods and now, I can eat them!
