We have worked with the team at Latitude 37 for the last couple of years styling their incredible projects for sale, for display and for editorial such as The Local Project. Their craftsmanship, design and attention to detail is always impeccable. When you walk in to a Latitude 37 home, you know you are walking in to a high quality home every time.
We are currently at the early construction phase of our forever home with Latitude37, and so far, our experience with them has been pretty good. Designers, Steve and Jess understood our vision quite well and came up with a design that fulfills our needs perfectly. We are working with this company towards our dream home over a year. Great team to work with and very upfront about costs options and limitations and durations. We love their work specially the style colour scheme and simplicity with luxurious finishes. We are glad to see them building out house and looking forward to see the beautiful home soon.
We absolutely love the design prepared by architect Paul and interior designer Jess for our block in Ivanhoe East. Our brief was quite high level being something that would blend modern and mid century and they have designed the house of our dreams! I can't speak highly enough of the process to date with Latitude 37. Paul and Inna head up the design team and so far have delivered our expectations. Our brief was simple, our house must include a light, earthy and natural colour palette along with a design to entertain - they have delivered !! Kristin our Project Manager has made us feel at ease working closely with us to ensure a smooth process heading into construction stage.
