PARENTS BEWARE!!! The window to my daughter's room literally fell out in the middle of winter. It wasn't fixed for months. This is a VERY overpriced apartment complex. Despite the clean atmosphere that Latitude projects during your tour during the summer, the halls and pool were constantly filled with trash and cans, bottles etc. When we decided not to extend the lease for the next year we were charged for carpet and a table for almost $1000. Off to a terrible start for my daughter with Latitude, and she hasn’t moved in yet. She is in a sorority and needs to move in early to begin her required activities. I would assume this is very common given the vast variety of Greek life and athletics at UNL.She requested to move in 10 days early to meet her obligations, which was no problem at Academy last year. Easily one of the most poorly managed apartment complexes in downtown Lincoln. Not only was this building made with the cheapest materials legally available (probably meant to last 20 years max), but the current staff operates as if they're on a shoe string budget refusing to address the simplest of fixes.
