terrible experience , we're suffering with plumbing issues and the building manager doesn't care and not supportive.
I’m a commercial tenant with Z3 and they have allowed unsanitary conditions to continue despite multiple work order requests and complaints from several of us in the suite. The ceiling collapsed with debris hanging down and into the waiting room to our office suite. We noted animal feces on the fallen ceiling tile so we disposed of it to the trash. We also observed that the insulation was filthy. They came and cleaned up the debris and put the filthy insulation back into the ceiling, and did not replace the ceiling tile. Two... read more
