I am not satisfied with the telephone service at the Latino on 78th street location. It seems that the lines are always busy, regardless of when I call, and the answering service is unable to assist as well. I cannot talk to any boby or schedule an appointment for my elderly mother. I believe you should consider implementing a new strategy to better serve your clients' needs.

This place is the worst place to go and seek medical care for your self as well as you parents they never answer there phones and it seem no one is on the same page in this clinic it’s the worst I am so happy am going to have my mom transfer

They never answer the phone! I think all the people who work there are Mickey Mouse doctors and nurses, be careful of all those medications they give you to keep you sick! My mom had to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM due to stomach ulcers from them giving her aspirin after she went back for follow up & they prescribed her more aspirin medication I had to tell them she has ulcers that makes it worse!
