RecommendedHave had nothing, but great things to say about living here especially with the staff always on hand if I need help with anything, I truly recommend this apt complex‼️😉
Basically if you’ve been living here, they won’t renew your lease for any less than when you signed even if market price is down “that day” as they claim. HOWEVER, they will quote leases for up to $200 cheaper for new residents for in the exact same unit specifications. The customer service is absolutely terrible from the manager. It’s a shame, the property is great and the rest of the staff has been amazing. If only they cared more for keeping current residents.

We love living here! Everyone's so friendly, office staff is so helpful and professional and the amenities are outstanding! The apartment is so homey and lovely. In unit washer and dryer is such a lifesaver. The work out room is so convient and up to date. Even our cats love it here!
I got a new job in Victoria TX, I spent a week looking for an apartment to move into. Of all the apartments with availabilities that I visited, and apartments I have lived in, Latigo Crossing Apartments in Victoria are the best. The manager Melissa was very nice and motherly like, and when I toured the facilities, everything was clean. No cigarette butts on the ground, no clutter in the breezeways, no kids running a muck, no trash sitting out. Melissa and her staff know what they are doing, and it shows.

The new manager here is very rude and was not willing to help out for anything it was great when they had the old manger here but now there treating this place like a prison you can't even have a BBQ pit in the porch without getting a lease violation it's terrible only one guest can go swimming with who is on the lease it sucks here
