Apartment entryways are all full of spider webs, mold just dirty. over the past two years the front gate if it works for 2 weeks we were lucky. Not fixed!!!! The apartment itself could be nice if the stoves worked, doors in the bathroom close and not rusted rotten moldings in the bathroom from day one never fixed, and so much more. This is not a very safe place to park your car, kids put nails under tires, key cars, way too much drug sales in the parking lot. I can go on. There is some good the ducks are cute. Katrina is amazing she answered all of my questions and concerns when I came in to get info on an apartment and she also took me on a tour of the beautiful property. I would highly recommend going there and speaking with her and you won't be disappointed
Ummm. Not sure what kind of apartment complex doesn't expect to clean up after a tenant living there for several years, but charging over half the deposit in cleaning is excess. I understand some cases it can be horrible, but this was not it. Baseboards were cleaned, apartment swept, mopped, and vacuumed, kitchen and bathroom cleaned. This place rapes the tenants wallets, and charges them for gate keys for a gate that has NEVER worked. Get out while you can. There are more fair and affordable options.
Todo muy bonito y limpio pero siempre hay un vecino que interrumpe nuestro descanso a cualquier hora del día y la noche con su escándalo de música. También el costo de la renta es muy exagerado subió más del 10% de lo normal.
Latigo is soo crooked its ridiculous haven’t lived here in months we paid y’all in full and have receipts proving it and still trying to send us to collections. Worst mistake was moving in here. Wasn’t even worth the money your apartments look cheap on the inside.
I absolutely love the community. Awesome location. Very close to CFCC and the Mall. Management office is super nice and maintenance is quick.
