I had a BAD muscle tension and sciatica on my right side from mid-back, down to my ankle. A friend recommended Dr. Serafín and I was in desperate need of a chiropractor. He put me in a massage chair for 15 minutes so I wasn't just sitting with nothing to do. After a mini consultation he did the TENS muscle machine, a spinal adjustment, and a couple of exercises to do at home. All took about 1 hr 15 mins. It was a friendly, professional atmosphere. Excellent adjustments. State of the art tools. Can relieve pain, increase mobility, & even increase my lung capacity (ability to breathe deeply) after an adjustment. And with my back, he's working with a spine which is fused 15 levels, the bottom rotting out, and a rib cage that was surgically reshaped and stiff. Yet I can seriously breathe deeper and move more freely after a thorough adjustment. Amazing.

Been going to see this chiropractor for the past 2 years. He listens to what you need and what he feels your back needs. He answers questions and helps you understand how things work. It's a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff.
