Dr Chapman is great
Dr Chapman made an honest mistake writing a prescription. Things happen. The problem is that fixing the issue was an ordeal. The phone service for this place is TERRIBLE. They are are completely unhelpful. They won't call you back. The auto-attendant is hot garbage.
Dr. Chapman is the physician for both my husband and me. We have found her to be extremely professional, thorough, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen carefully to our concerns and then provides thoughtful medical expertise and guidance. We always feel heard and valued, and we never feel rushed during our visits. She has excellent bedside manner, and we truly appreciate the quality of care she provides.
When Dr. Chapman repeatedly asked my loved one - my brother, “How can I help you? Is that all?” there were, in fact, many ways she could have helped. She could have been professional and listened to her patient. She could have addressed his severely elevated blood pressure and provided an order or prescription for a home blood-pressure monitor rather than simply telling him to buy one.
