The company was flexible with scheduling and arrived promptly. The carpet was satisfactorily cleaned, however, one room scheduled for cleaning was missed. Upon contacting the company, the proprietor agreed to provide an email confirming a modest monetary discount for future service. However, even after follow up asking for the promised email, it has not been received.

Mike was very friendly . He did a great job on my carpets. He showed up on time and was very polite. I would highly recommend his services.
