RecommendedWe have always liked LaStanzas but had a very unfavorable experience tonight. Did not have reservations,granted, but we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Fine we’ll wait at the bar. Will not take our name so even if I keep an eagle eye on desk no guarantee that we will get in even then. We walked out. Very unsatisfied as repeat customers!! They don’t seem to care.
First time there and was not disappointed! Great food and service. Couldn’t have asked for a better night.

Very consistent service and always feel welcomed. Filet is great and I usually have it but all of the other menu items have been just as good. Definitely our "go to" place.
We always eat at La Stanza when we visit my husband's dad who lives in Englewood (He takes all his visitors here). We usually eat during happy hour. The mood at the bar is jovial & the atmosphere is light. Our meals have always been great (no take home containers are ever needed). The wait staff is always efficient & pleasant.
