I watched on Christmas 2025 as the woman working rudely kicked out two Indian men who were shopping. I was in the shop and they weren't doing anything loud. All of a sudden, she turned to them and told them they needed to leave. She mentioned that they left the shop messy. I looked around, there was nothing out of place. This store has really good items. But unfortunately the women at front desk is Super Rude. I don’t know how many people experienced this. I would suggest have patience to deal with her if you really want to buy something here. She can be polite and ask for any help she wants instead of being rude.

Audrey is a sweetheart. I don’t understand the reviews I’m seeing but must be from old owners. She is very welcoming and one of the sweetest people I’ve met from The Keys! She will tell you everything from the area. She also packaged all my goodies so nicely. When I go back down there, I will definitely come to see her.
Rarely leave negative reviews, but shop attendant is pretty rude to customers. She snapped at me to move which I thought could’ve been tone just interpreted wrong. Did it a second time. Then I overheard her rude with other customers shopping for sweatshirts that were politely asking a question.
