I had an excellent experience at Last Call Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everything was fast, smooth, and efficient. The receptionist was welcoming, the nurse was kind and attentive, and the doctor was outstanding. The doctor actually took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, treat the issue properly, and give thoughtful recommendations — something that’s rare these days. Hands down, this has been the best medical care I’ve received in the Valley. Highly recommend.

My experience at Last Call Urgent Care was honestly very unprofessional. Throughout my visit, I could clearly hear staff talking negatively about their own coworkers in areas where patients could easily hear them. It created a really uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. What stood out even more was how some providers visibly showed clear dislike toward certain employees. Dr Lira and his team are on point. Very meticulous when it comes to you're plan of care and protocols needed. Takes his time to here your concerns and addresses them with great detail. Excellent customer services.

This clinic is outstanding! The health care providers are so thorough and take the time to sit and talk to you. The wait was very short and the staff is very friendly. They have an in house labs which makes things so much easier and saves time. If you’re tired of long waits and 2 minute consultations go check theses guys out. The Lira brothers will not disappoint!
