1 star I have been going to Lassen Medical in Cottonwood since I moved here to are in 2009. Their services have been getting horrible over the last couple of years. We get switched Drs quite often here. I had been trying to ignore these this. But today did when I had something take a lot longer then expected totally out of my control. They cared less, one of my friends did me a favor to rush her there after seeing i was not going to make it to take her. They arrived 2 minutes late, they said no we are not seeing her. Had problems here before with unprofessional staff, but let me tell you, WAY better experience with Dr. Volquartsen. So sweet and funny with my son, took his time diagnosing him, making a plan for treatment, consulting with our UC Davis doctor.. very different and very good experience.�

This place is a joke .They are rude and dont know what they are doing. They nickel and dime you to death. My husband and I have lived here all of our lives and this is one of the poorest excuse of a medical facility I have ever seen. You cant get a primary health care phy. here because they keep quitting. Weve been trying for four plus yrs now. We are done with this place. They need to be shut down or put under new managment.
This place is a joke my wife went in today and was given some pills and told to deal with something a doctor should take care of next time I think I'll go to a auto shop atleast it will get fixed half way
Would never use this medical facility ever again. Wish I had read all of the horrible reviews beforehand but I guess we learn from our mistakes. Total disrespect and compassion for the patients' needs!
