I found the doctors dry humor delightful. But more importantly I haven’t seen this well in years. No more taking off my progressive glasses to read. The prescription & lenses work on the road & in the office too.
Based on my own personal experience, this visit was a complete waste of my time and the money I wasted here, I had to take as a loss!! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Go anywhere but here.
The Dr. himself is ok, gruff at times and odd sense of humor but got my Rx right. I've never had a problem with the receptionist. However, next time I am taking my Rx elsewhere. My bad review is for the eye wear staff. I have been trying to get my lenses adjusted 7-10 business days it's been a month and I called they said the lab made a mistake and they have to be redone. Loved the doctor and staff was very helpful
Been waiting over a month for my daughter’s glasses and still haven’t received them! Staff is rude and unfriendly and basically telling me there’s nothing they can do When they shouldn’t even be offering frames they can’t get a hold of.
