Dr. Lass is fantastic. We have been seeing her for years with no issues. Pam is nice and easy to work with. We recommend Dr. Lass to anyone thats looking for a new doctor and asks us forna recommendations.
Great doctor...TERRIBLE desk staff! It’s like pulling teeth just to get anything done around there! Desk staff talks to you rudely when you need a paper faxed and they don’t even send a letter out or a call to remind you your child is due for an annual check up.
Made the leap from an overcrowded clinic to Dr. Lass. Both her and Pam are great to deal with and are very personable. The two of them run a very efficient office and we trust them with all our family medical needs.
