Dear God where do I even start. The reception staff are horrendous, specifically Sam and Nancy. I have zero shame calling them out after how I have been treated. I've been a patient for YEARS and only managed to see Dr. Lafsky in office ONCE due to repeated scheduling errors on their end. The final straw was after being denied a scheduled appt. Well, I guess I'm never going back here. Called today to make an appointment for a major reflux flareup. Was told the next available appointment was January 2026. It's August 26, 2025... This is not the first time I've had this issue. The last appointment I tried to make had me waiting three months to get in. People die in that timeframe...
I would like to personally thank Nancy and Dr. Lafsky for their exceptional care of my wife. They went above and beyond to obtain the best medicine for my wife's condition. Both of these individuals were very pleasant to speak with, never rushed me and thoroughly answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Lasky's office!!!!!!!
