This summer I bought a beautiful pair of "sand" earrings from this shop. Unfortunately, they broke the first time I wore them. I contacted the store, and they replaced them with an even better pair of these unique "sand" earrings. I was very impressed with such service.

I'm very upset. In the first 24 hours one of the CZ fell out. I contacted you, you said to mail it from Indiana to down there. I ultimately decided that I didn't want to risk mailing it, so I have been trying to find a place to get it fixed here. Now the larimar stone popped out today. I'm pretty disappointed. Their sales point that won me over was how proud they were of their custom made jewelry. It's nothing fancy, but meant something to me.... Very disappointing.

Lou runs an amazing shop! My husband and I got engaged at Madeira Beach in 2015, and purchased a beautiful bracelet with the Madeira Beach sand on it. I wear it any time we go out for a nice occasion, and I wore it for our wedding day. The day after our wedding, I noticed that part of the bracelet had come unwelded.
