Joanna is amazing, she was so helpful right from the beginning, helped answer some of the initial questions and put some anxieties to ease, was very comforting when the plan had to change to PRK. The doctor was incredible, my anxiety was thru the roof when learning I had to change from Lasik to PRK, his happy, bouncy personality created this almost instantaneous shift to me being at ease.
