Review for Lasik MD I had a consultation on September 16. Today is October 2, and I still don’t have a clear answer on whether I’m even a candidate for Lasik or PRK. This place is a nightmare. They put you through an entire screening procedure for "FREE" but then when you try to get in touch with them for results they refuse to give you answers or call back. AVOID this place. Go find a doctor that CARES about you.

Imagine driving an hour to a "highly rated office', coming to an office to get evaluated, only to be ignored, gaslighted and misled by staff that you would hear back about your results week, later. To which every time we called was lied to and told they'd called 3 times to which they have not called once. We've called every week and been told the same story without any proper followup or kindness. 10/10 do not recommend.

From first exam to surgery day, the service and staff were EXCEPTIONAL! But doing the lasik was amazing and I am so glad I did. The staff was so supportive throughout and the service was the BEST. The whole process felt seamless. So glad I had my lasik here!
