Lucy was amazing! She did such a wonderful, through job and was very gentle. I LOVE my new lashes! If I could give her 10 stars I would. She was so knowledgeable about the technique she uses to match the natural shape of my eyes also. Fantastic!

I cannot recommend Maddy at Lash Spot SF enough. After trying several places, she is the first lash artist who genuinely made me feel heard. She took the time to check in with me multiple times to make sure we were completely on the same page, and her kindness and attentiveness made the entire experience so comfortable.
