Poor service, called around 12:30 AM after midnight on 07/15/2025 for my truck breakdown, set up service and GOT 2 hours ETA, after 3 hours mechanic did not show up, called several times, texted massages no response, finally Justin answered call after I tried 20 times and said he will check with mechanic where he is at, promised to call back, never got call from him, called him back several times no response To sum up, we understand not always things go right, sometimes ETA might be changed, sometimes mechanic not able to fi... read more
