The relator’s here like to flat out lie instead of just saying they don’t know when they are being asked questions while showing homes. I was told they aren’t in the local MLS so the information they get is outdated half the time. They will try everything in their power to not sell the house if they’re not the ones on the sign out front it seems like. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company.
My wife and I worked with Shane Mauch for several months to purchase a house in North Platte, NE for her mother and sister to live.
