Ok, I don't blame the nail tech. She was clearly new and tried. This business needs to speak with whomever does the scheduling. They requested and were sent a picture of what I wanted. One of the pics from your own website, so I didn't imagine it would be a problem. It's clearly advanced work including nail art. Your scheduler is setting up your workers to fail. Used to love this salon. Will never go back. Been an regular for over a year and half. Went yesterday for a fill. And to book for Dec my birthday. They asked me for a deposit. Girl bye. I'm a regular spend good money there. Deposit is for new clients. Not your regulars. This is very unprofessional. And rude. Lost a faithful customer. Can't keep the good employees no way. I see why they leave. Nobody there anymore. Worst service ever.
