went in today to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady took half of my eyebrow off. My eyebrows are completely uneven. I let her know immediately that I was unhappy with the results and even showed pictures of what my eyebrows looked like prior to the wax. The lady never apologized, never took ownership of the problem. she spoke over me the entire time to the point that she started to yell at me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a nail shop. On Saturday I got my nails done (a full set) that they charged e 45 dollars for. Then a couple days later they popped off. Literally the whole nail popped off. Not only did they pop off but the acrylic was poorly done and was lifting where my real nail was.
