It’s a bit of a feat how consistently, remarkably inept and rude Kianna at the front desk is. When visiting the building she is consistently rude and acts too busy to help with the most basic elements of her job like paging guests up. Always rolling her eyes and adding some snarky comment. She will keep you waiting for 15+ mins a quick task, like assistance accessing the loading dock, insisting she first finish logging packages before helping with anything else.
