I just had such a wonderful experience with Lashar Home Comfort Solutions!! From the start they’ve been so easy to work with. Carolyn was so sweet and helpful over the phone. She’s fully transparent with the issues I had with my A/C, also with the cost of repairs. The technician, Phillip, was so polite and eager to help me with any issue that arose. I was blown away by these folks today. Woke up at 5am to no downstairs heat. 1 degree F outside—-46 degrees inside. Called them at 730a, arrived by 930am, diagnosed the problem (bad exhaust motor). They found one in stock somewhere nearby, and had it fixed and heating by 330pm. Amazing turnaround when we really needed it. Exceeded every expectation I had. Customer for life.
