She was so nice! She did an amazing job on my lashes , left so happy with them. I was worried because it was my first time but she made me feel very comfortable. 10/10!!
Save your money and natural lashes, don’t come here for a lash lift. I have very long eye lashes and after looking it up, it looks like the girl used the wrong size and put on way too much glue and didn’t brush them out.I couldn’t really notice in the dark office at the time. My eyelashes didn’t just go back to flat, but went more down so my eyes look hooded and droopy now, less than 12 hours after the appointment. $115 in the trash, not going back I don’t want to risk them getting more messed up. Are you kidding me? I made an appointment for a basic eyebrow wax and shape, as well as a lash enhancement, for $127. Clients must pay upfront, or their accounts will be canceled. After discussing what I wanted with Betty, she said, "I'll just go ahead and charge your card." When I returned home, I checked my bank account to find out I had been charged $255! $255!!! Absolutely Love Betty and her calming environment. She does beautiful work and does exactly what I want. My lashes last longer than they ever had. She is a kind and professional person!!
Betty was absolutely unprofessional. She committed financial fraud and used my debit card without authorization and admitted it in a text message. She also had a man visit her during my session and $400 went missing out of my purse. I made reports and expect accountability and justice to take place soon.
