Sara lifted my lashes ($120) but left the product on too long which burnt them quite badly. They were crimped, broken and spirally. I came back from Mexico after 3 weeks and expressed my concern and she only told me to use an oil, which I had already been using which I said, and no other help or empathy. I've been to a lot of lash extension salons, 4 in Victoria alone. There are a few things I really love about this one: 1. Amazing lashes every time. Sara goes above and beyond to make you beautiful. I appreciate this so much as a mom of two small children with very little time for self care. 2. I've always been able to book an appointment for when I need a fill, unlike other places who seem to have so little availability, especially later in the day. 3.
