Super great environment. The ladies were very nice, accommodating and helpful and the lashes were perfect. Though mine all fell out by the 4th day I'm still not sure if it was a lack of glue or if my eyes were just too oily.
I called the salon for a week straight trying to schedule an appt and no answer or call back. I finally went in to make an appt and there were none available for the time I needed so Alison (I believe that was here name) told me she could fit me in the next week but I would have to upgrade my package. After going through all that hassle I thought she could have been nice enough to fit me in without having to upgrade my package. I’m really disappointed on this place first I got the appointment then they cancel when I was on my way! Second the lady call me for rescheduling for next week it was on Thursday my old appointment I used to need my lashes extension for a compromise on Saturday! MY LASHES ARE FLAWLESS! I have been coming here for a year, and every time I come, my lashes look flawless. Alli does my lashes, and she is a lash expert, very knowledgeable and knows how many lashes my natural lashes can handle. I had a great experience, the studio is very clean and cute. It's so relaxing I have to try to not fall asleep. I come here every 3 weeks for a fill and never leave disappointed!
Lashes started falling off in one day. All were off by day 3.
