Sorry, but after being a customer for several years, went this past week (week before Memorial Day weekend 2019) with my 2016 F350 for a 40 DOLLAR wash job(!!). Seemed OK until we got to friends beach house for a visit and the situation in the picture was pointed out by friends(and laughed at, heartily (how embarrassing)). With the recent increase in pricing, I did NOT expect such shoddy work. With increased car wash competition in area very recently, I WON'T BE BACK!
Wife took her truck and father in laws car in today. Truck still has dirt on it in several places and has streak marks all over. Interior was only half vacuumed. My father in law car I don’t even think they vacuumed. I’ve had good luck here in the past but this was the last trip I believe.
Hi my name is John Bingham. I used to work there for 4 1/2 years. It was a good carwash for about a year and a half of me being there but the owner which is Mike Imran started writing out checks in his employees name then wanting them to cash the check and put it back in his account I have it on video and got pics. The quality was not good but that’s the least of my concerns. They stole the change out of my car. Who risk their job over change?!??
They’ll steal the money out of your car
Unorganized, laser auto wash did a poor job at cleaning my SUV. I have had better luck at gas station drive thru washes that are more cost effective.
This place WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. Very bad management. Absolutely no customer service. So cheap they run fans in the lounge. They broke my tail light $150.00 and scratched the paint $400.00. Msnager was suppose to meet me but left when o arrived. Has not returned any phone calls. I left the broken tail light there along with the body shop bid. No response at all. Do Not Use This Car Wash if you value your Vehicle.
I just left there and my car still looks like crap. A complete waste of my time seriously ridiculous! I’m bet disappointed! My cars driver seat is wet so now I’m sitting in wet fabric and my car on the inside still looks dirty.
Always do a great job !!
