Company is straight TRASH... My package was 2 day shipping supposed to be here before Christmas, sitting in the delivery hub for 2 days. Now my ish isn't going to be here til after Christmas. Way to fk up christmas for my family you garbage fks.
Dropping my package on top of my mailbox located 1/8th of a mile from my house and marking it delivered is not acceptable. I hope to never receive another package delivered by this company as its customer service is by far the worst to deal with of all delivery companies.
LaserShip lost my REI package. The attempt to "find" my package was a joke. Basically, I filled out a form and several days later I received an email saying the package was delivered (Uh yeah, I can see that from the tracking number. What I don't have is the package) Incidentally, my package shows delivered on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. You can't even get into our apartment complex that time of day without a key fob. So either the package was left in the parking lot next to my building or the driver kept it. I've only ever had two... read more
This location is no longer a Lasership don’t waist your time contact your broker they should have new adress about 7 miles away for pick up or drop off for truckers
