Business plan definitely not geared towards the customer. Five minutes late for appointment they cancelled and made me reschedule (imagine if this was the other way around?). Not to mention their appointments are booked two months out. Second appointment I was exposed to covid the morning of and they are charging me a $50 cancellation fee. Just completely lack compassion ******* customers and are always looking for extra money. Not thinking of all stakeholders except their bottom line.
