Great doctors and techs! Very professional. My only complaint is the attitude that you deal with when you call to reschedule or cancel an appointment. These women (don’t have names, so speaking generally) act as if you are interrupting their day and they do not have time to talk to you. I have not always been treated this way but recently it is horrible. You can almost see them rolling their eyes through the phone. JS........
I had my first appt scheduled for the beginning of April. Because of the pandemic, they called to cancel. By the second week of June, I had not heard from them about rescheduling, so I called them. They told me they were down 2 doctors and that the soonest they could give me a new appt was September. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ !

My appointment was at 1. Finally saw the Dr at 2:45. if you need to get in and out in a reasonable time don't go here.
I just had my first cataract surgery. Everyone at the office and the surgery center were friendly and professional. Dr. Minkovitz explained the procedure and gave me my options. I did not feel rushed and had all my questions answered. I felt confident of Dr. Minkovitz's ability and felt the recommendations I received from friends were right on. I will have another procedure in three weeks and believe it will be another success story.

I had to have cataract eye surgery on both eyes and Dr. Minkovitch did an awesome job. I have never had such a wonderful experience in the medical profession like I did with Dr Minkovitch and his staff. His staff also went above and beyond for me without my asking them. If you want the best eye care go to Dr. Minkovitch. Thank you to all of the staff also.
