I received a message want me to fill in the required forms, I did that and confirmed I would make my appointment. I have since received several messages wanting me to confirm my appointment again. I confirmed one more time but still get messages wanting me to confirm. Today I received another message wanting me to confirm my appointment because it said they have not heard from me.
