Spence Family legacy clinic has provided the worst service since they took over for Spence Clinic. Staff is not efficient in providing documents to us or completing necessary paperwork to outside resources for my grandmothers care. We have been waiting since April 2021 for a title 19 to be faxed to a DME place and no paperwork has yet to be faxed. When we call we get the run around from every person who answers the phone.
