They were very thorough. it was rather expensive (what my insurance didn't cover), but I no longer have the pain. I'm pleased with the results. My back can't be fixed, but pain is non-existant since the surgery.
I had surgery April 23, I feel so much better! I stayed in constant pain before, so far I'm pain free! Everyone there were really nice and always so helpful. I would recommend you go there if you are having any problems that they can fix!!!
Surgery cancelled 1 hour after we arrived when they admitted the lab work was known the night before. We were promised our down payment back, it's been over two weeks and they haven't returned anything. We asked for records to be transferred to our new dr, never happened and the ekg had to be re done before the surgery at the next hospital. Very displeased with the services of this place.
Most people are very nice but keep in mind, there is some deception in advertising. Healing times given are only for those who only have one nerve problem. For those with multiple levels, beware. Laser spine doctors only do One side of One disk at a time. LOTS of down time and aggravation.
Had surgery 09/14/2015, it is amazing the difference this had made. They are not only the nicest people you will ever deal with, but efficient and honest. It was a very pleasant experience. The pre-op discussion with the surgeon proved to be the most informative, he explained every detail and answered all my questions without giving me that "are you kidding you are wasting my time" look.
