First Crown Experience This was my first crown with Dr. McCracken. The entire experience was amazing. No pain - only very minor gum sensitivity. The current temporary crown is better looking than the permanent crowns I got from my old dentist. Seriously! I really had to look to determine it was a crown and not a tooth! I still have to remind myself there's a temp crown. Dr. McCracken and his staff are exceptional. I trust them with my dental health completely!

Routine Cleaning and Dr Recommendations Routine Cleaning- Hygienist was great as always. Billing department-not so much. With a dental discount plan, I like to be told, without asking, what net amount has been added to my charge account plan. I suspect this requires work (probably they work with lots of plans), but the information has to be available to them. Also, the Dr seems to be 'pushing' the laser treatment - vary expensive-and a 2nd opinion Dr gave no indication the treatment was needed.

I was most impressed with the new methods and technology used by the Laser Smile Studio staff.

This was my first "procedure" with Dr. McCracken - he was great. No pain, no fear. It was great. I'm scheduled for other procedures and while I never look forward to dental work, I have complete confidence that I will be treated with great care and skill.
