I've found Dr. Thomas and her staff that I've met to be very professional and personable. I'm in the process of having an implant placed and Dr. Thomas's skills were certainly up to par. I've had a great experience with the surgery and the interface with her team.
Great first impression on my first visit here. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, the staff was very friendly. When I walked in, my name was displayed at the front of the receptionist desk which made me feel welcomed. When I was taken back I was given a complete tour of the building before being seated with a bottle of water they provided.
