I have been going here for years and the last 4-5 times I have come the excuse has been we are too busy it will be several hours to get to you I tell them I don’t mind waiting 30 minutes later the car is done needed and inspection today we only have one inspector can’t do any today ok but you have one inspector you guys are loosing business turning people away especially repeat customers management needs to step up and get help and deter staff from being turned away for simple things
They need to do things the right way instead of charging them for rotation of tires when you buy from them charging for wipers they took off and threw in trash so they can make a little more for inspection
I'm a repeat customer and today. Monday... I attempt to put air in my tire. It deflated completely. They made my day by not charging to pump my tires back up and sending me on my way. THANK YOU for turning my monday around ���
I'm from out of town, got a nail in my tire, stopped by 10 minutes before they closed. Everyone was extremely professional and very willing to assist me. In a jiffy they fixed my tire and I was on my way. Thank you very much!

Normally I like Laser Lube of Mt. Airy, especially for oil changes. Today (4/15/2017) we were goin to my grandsons ball game and noticed my tire had something in it and was leaking. We called Laser Lube, they said they wasn't busy, so we came on over here, got here at 9:45, finally at 10:40 they take my car back. Needless to say, we're going to miss the ball game!!! #tomuchstandingaround #tomuchplayingonphones
