Lauren was wonderful and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment, especially given such a sensitive area.
I started going to Laser Loft last year for facials, and filler. On a scheduled appointment the manager came in to open because she said someone had called in sick. My provider ended up having car issues and couldn’t make my appointment. It wasn’t a big deal, and the manager offered to add an additional facial to my package for the inconvenience.
