I thought the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The offices were clean and I would recommend going to this location for the consultation. I decided not to have any of the services offered because they are too expensive.
I went to Laser Eye Center Ontario for the first time today for a consultation for LASIK and a Blephex treatment. I was greeted warmly by Norma who did some tests on me as well as the Blephex. She was amazing from start to finish. Her customer service deserves a shout out because she was truly a pleasure. The doctor and supervisor of the center were also great, taking their time answering all of my questions. I’m looking forward to getting LASIK there in about 6 weeks time.
This place is amazing! I’ve worn glasses my whole life, and getting LASIK here was such a smooth and easy process. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I’m so grateful to have 20/20 vision now—thank you!
