Sascha, the owner, is always incredibly kind, welcoming & professional. She genuinely cares about her clients & makes the whole experience comfortable. Services are also priced very fairly, which I super appreciate. I now only go in for occasional maintenance & touch-ups, but I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.
My skin was permanently damaged after an overly aggressive electrolysis treatment resulted in burns. More than a year later, I still experience discomfort in the area. Deciding to go to this place was the worst decision I’ve made in my life. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.
Martin and the entire team were very attentive and professional. Very welcoming establishment. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need

I love these folks. They're so accommodating and kind. They have a lot of experience with trans folks and are great at helping my wife through the pain and discomfort.
